Corby Food Bank currently have a volunteer opportunity shadowing/supporting our “Quartermaster” in the collection, sorting, storage and rotation of non perishable foodstuffs. In short, the role will involve a lot of “lifting and shifting”.
Ideally, it would be great if you were available on both a Monday (10am to 3pm) and Friday (10am to 1pm) each week, however, one day per week…preferably the Monday, would work well too.
Furthermore, there would also be a need to undertake a basic DBS check and fully comply with our Covid-19 face covering and weekly lateral flow testing policies. A clean, UK driving licence would also be advantageous.
